How do group tour discounts work?
Discounts are automatically applied in the booking form when your guest count reaches 8, 12, or 16+. You don't need a code — savings appear in the order summary in real time as you adjust the party size. The discount stacks per person (e.g. 12 guests × $15 = $180 off).
Is there a minimum group size for a private tour?
Private VIP Tours require a minimum of 4 guests. Group discounts begin at 8 guests. Below 8, the standard private rate of $285/person applies.
How do you handle 15+ guests — do you have one big vehicle?
We use a convoy: typically a luxury Mercedes Sprinter (up to 14 guests) plus a luxury SUV (up to 7). The group stays together at every stop. Convoy logistics, coordination, and dual-driver communication are included in the quote.
Can I get a custom quote for 15+ guests?
Yes — use the form above. Our group desk responds within 1 business hour (8a-8p PT, weekdays) with a custom itinerary, vehicle plan, and final price. After hours, expect a reply within 6-12 hours.
Do you offer corporate, wedding, or church group rates?
Yes. Standard group discounts apply, and our group desk frequently builds custom packages for corporate retreats, wedding parties, and church groups including private vehicles, custom routing, branded photo stops, and add-on experiences (helicopter, dinner cruise, etc.).
How does payment work for groups?
For 4-14 guests, you can self-book on /book.html with the discount auto-applied. For 15+ guests, we send an invoice with a 25% deposit due at booking and the balance due 7 days before the tour. Group leaders can pay the full amount or split among guests (each guest pays their own portion via a unique link).
Are there group concierge or travel-agent partner codes?
Yes — hotel concierges and licensed travel agents can apply for a commission-earning partner code that gives their clients an additional discount AND earns the concierge/agent 10% of the booking. Apply at /concierge-partners.html.
